Areas of use: Smooth-surfaced sheet metal roofs or retrofitted felt roofs. A thick grooved rubber gasket under the flange. When installing, use sealing compound, the compound is not included in the package. See separate instructions if installing at a gentler angle than 11.5 degrees.

Note When the ventilation duct is ⌀ 160 mm, it is recommended to use the VILPE 160/IS/700 FLOW XL exhaust pipe and the XL-size feed-through. In this way, the entire exhaust pipe can be insulated.
VILPE® Classic Vino 2K is a new advanced water roof penetration for row sheet and felt roofing. VILPE® Classic Vino can be installed up to a roof pitch of up to 57 degrees. The collar of the penetration has received a new, more steeply sloping design, which enables installation on a steeper roof than the traditional VILPE® Classic penetration. Compared to its predecessor, the style of VILPE® Classic Vino 2K is also more rectangular and more elegant with a straight line sheet metal roof.
The product package includes Aluskatte 2K seal, which is a new generation VILPE® solution for perfect sealing of the underlay. The two-component underlayment seal extends from under the underlayment to the upper part of the penetration. In this way, it completely closes the gap between the underlayment and the penetration, preventing snow, rainwater and moisture from entering the roof structures and insulation. The seal at the bottom of the penetration guarantees a completely waterproof end result.
Installing the VILPE® Classic Vino 2K grommet set is simple and easy: the grommets have ready-made spikes for attaching the Aluskatte 2K seal, and the package includes all installation accessories and clear instructions.
With the help of the penetration, VILPE® top vacuum cleaners, exhaust pipes, ventilation pipes and antenna penetrations are installed on the roof. The grommet is designed for Ø 75, 110, 125 and 160 mm pipes.
