WellO2 MyBreath is a smart mouthpiece accessory for WellO2 breathing trainer. It enables the measurement and monitoring of lung muscle strength, airflow in the bronchial tubes, and overall breathing capacity. With this accessory, you can now measure, monitor, and improve your breathing in an unprecedented way in the comfort of your home!

The MyBreath smart mouthpiece works together with the WellO2 app and is used like a regular WellO2 mouthpiece. Breathing is measured through tests available in the app, with results conveniently stored in the app. Through breathing tests, you can gain insight into the daily functioning of your lungs and airways and develop them according to your own goals and needs.

The WellO2 MyBreath smart mouthpiece allows you to monitor:

•    Breathing power, indicating how well your respiratory system can function in various everyday situations.
•    Breathing capacity, which not only reflects lung size but also how much of your lungs you are using.
•    Airflow, indicating the openness of the airways and bronchial tubes, or how well air can flow into the lungs with each breath.

WellO2 App

In addition to breathing tests, the WellO2 app offers a wide range of breathing exercises, making WellO2 training even more inspiring!

The app provides a variety of exercises tailored to different needs, allowing you to, for example, alleviate unpleasant cold symptoms, strengthen your respiratory muscles for sports performance, care for your voice before an important performance, or calm your mind before bedtime. You can download the app for free from your phone's app store.
