Ozonated olive oil made from cold-pressed olive oil with ozone produced from oxygen. Ozonated olive oil as a product is a classic and its roots go all the way back to the 1930s. Because of its effects, it has traditionally been used to treat external skin problems and mucous membranes. The advantage of olive oil over other ozonated oils of the same strength is its better shelf life, at least in theory. There are only a few polyunsaturated fatty acids in olive oil, which are the most sensitive to spoilage.
The oil is recommended externally for skin symptoms one to three times a day.
Shelf life at room temperature 6 months and below +9 C for about two years. The product may solidify at refrigerator temperatures.
