Key features:
6000 fine (purple) abrasive belt is used to remove the twist from the knife/knife blade and finish and polish it to razor sharpness. Similar principle to leather belt lipping but everything is done much faster.
220 Medium (red) abrasive belt is used for actual sharpening if the knife/knife has become dull. Often, for maintenance sharpening, a 6000 abrasive belt is sufficient.
Work Sharp 80 Coarse (green) is for sharpening very damaged blades when you want to remove more blade material at once.
