The Work Sharp Pivot is a quick, easy and efficient 2-stage sharpener for sharpening all types of knives. Work Sharp sharpeners are the only ones in the world with Convex-Carbide&trade carbide blades. They quickly return the knife to the blade and the finish is achieved with a ceramic grind. Pivot-Response&trade abrasive blades follow the curve of the blade, removing material more efficiently for a smoother finish. If desired, this feature can be switched off for lighter sharpening. In addition, the side has a grooved medium diamond grinding surface for sharpening knives, tools and fishing hooks. Thanks to its small and very compact design, the sharpener fits neatly into a pocket, backpack or toolbox. The sharpener also has space for a carry handle.
