The sharpening strips can be quickly changed using the magnets on the tool handle, and the handle has a ceramic grinding wheel for sharpening the teeth.
The innovative V-Block Clamp™ allows the blades to clamp quickly, effortlessly and securely for sharpening. The clamp is pivoting, so there's no need to remove it or the knife when working on either side of the blade.
