High-quality sealing compound that forms a strong and flexible, permanently elastic joint and sealing in various industrial and technical solutions.
Adheres and adheres to many materials:
- Heat resistance -40... +90 C
- Good UV resistance, colors do not fade
- Good chemical resistance
- Does not contain isocyanate, lead, acids
- Does not stain porous materials, e.g. natural stones
- Chemically neutral
- Does not shrink
- Allows 20% deformation
- Can be painted over with all water-based paints, other paints can be confirmed by testing on a case-by-case basis
- Final strength is reached after 28 days
Adheres and adheres to many materials:
- Building and wood boards, styrofoam and PU boards, stone materials, concrete, glass and mirror.
- Metals: iron, electro- and hot-dip galvanized iron, brass, aluminum AlmgSi1, AlCuMg1, AIMg3, ST1403.
- Plastics: PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate (makrolon) ABS, polyamide, PMMA, polyester (GRP), glass fiber reinforced epoxy
- Adheres to rubber to a limited extent. Not for oily/greasy rubbers.
- A case-by-case preliminary test is necessary, often even a weaker gluing ability is sufficient
- Resistant to a wide range of chemicals: water and seawater, aliphatic solvents, mild inorganic bases and acids, mild detergents, grease and mineral oil
