Very good heat resistance, up to 120 °C, temporarily up to 150 °C. Repair of metal surface damage, e.g. gearbox housing, aluminum and die-cast parts.
Suitable for the following surfaces: steel (uncoated and anodized), zinc sheets, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, chrome, titanium, lead and stainless steel. 1. The surface must be clean and grease-free and load-resistant. Roughening the surface in advance improves adhesion.
2. Cut off the required amount by twisting or cutting and swirl with your fingers (with gloves on!) until the color is even.
3. Then apply the repair compound within 2-3 minutes.
4. Wet your hands with water to make molding easier.
5. After about 20 minutes, the mass has completely hardened and can be processed further.
For more information, see the technical data. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight during storage. Gloves should be worn when handling the repair compound. Due to different substance densities, different weight data are given for different stick types. In areas subject to high material stresses, the suitability of the repair compound must be tested before use. Two-component compound for quick and easy repair of surface damage.
