Step 1: Headlight Pretreatment
Purifying
Dry sanding
Wet sanding
Review (re-processing if necessary)
Step 2: Applying the primer
Cover the back of the headlights
Clean the sanded parts.
Clean the headlights with a dust-binding cloth and AQUA silicone remover.
Shake the jar thoroughly for 2 minutes and do a spray test.
Apply 1.5 layers of PC primer and let it evaporate for 40 minutes at 20°C.
Step 3: Application of clear varnish
Protection is created by spraying clear Rapid 2K varnish on the headlight (product no. 5867 000 124) Colorless 1K primer for repairing damages in the lenses of the headlights.
