The Yato Digital Soldering and Hot Blasting Station is a versatile 2-in-1 soldering station that efficiently combines soldering and hot blasting in one device.



The station has a 75W soldering iron and a 750W hot blower. The dual digital LED display, temperature control and numerous additional functions help you make precise solder joints. The station supports the 908D soldering iron, which is compatible with the popular 900M series interchangeable soldering tips, as well as the brushless fan hot air blower.




The Yato Digital Soldering and Hot Blower Station YT-82458 is equipped with ESD-safe technology, which ensures no excess static electricity builds up in the unit's housing. This feature is particularly important when working with sensitive SMD circuits, as it significantly reduces the risk of damaging these components with static electricity. ESD-safe technology ensures a safe working environment for electronics, protecting both equipment and users.




This 2-in-1 soldering and hot-blasting station heats up quickly, allowing you to work efficiently. The soldering station reaches an operating temperature of 350°C in about 15 seconds, while the hot-blasting module heats up in about 10 seconds. The fast heat-up time means you can start working almost immediately, making the station ideal for busy workshops and fast-paced projects.



The flow rate of the hot air blower can be adjusted with an infinitely variable controller. The 4 different shaped tips included in the kit allow the hot air mass to be shaped and precisely targeted according to the shape of the object to be heated. The maximum flow rate of the fan is 120L/min

Temperature Stabilization Function



This function allows the user to maintain a preset temperature for different heat requirements of the soldering tip to achieve a perfect solder joint as the size of the soldering tip and the area to be soldered will affect the amount of heat the tip will release. With the built-in tip temperature sensor, the device continuously reads the actual value and compares it with the set temperature. If necessary, it increases or decreases power consumption to maintain the set temperature.




Horrost mode



Horrost mode allows the soldering station to enter sleep mode, which automatically lowers the operating temperature to 200°C. This reduces unnecessary heating of the soldering iron, significantly extending its lifetime. Model YT-82458 automatically enters the hibernation mode after 10 minutes of operator inactivity.



Automatic Cooling Function combined with the Hibernation Function



The automatic cooling function of the hotplate module cools the nozzle to 100°C and then enters the hibernation mode. When the work is finished, the user must place the handle in a plastic rack with a built-in sensor activation element. The nozzle is then cooled down and automatically enters into the dormancy mode. Lifting the handle from the rack automatically activates the hot air module to the preset parameters.



Sensor Failure Detection Function



This function allows automatic diagnostics of the electronic systems of the appliance, which is essential for the proper functioning of the appliance. The soldering station performs a self-test when the power button is pressed and displays an error message in case of problems.
